The Grand Baja Resort Hotel is a hotel like no other. There are around 40 junior suites available in the Grand Baja Resort Hotel, and there are 60 oceanfront deluxe one bedroom and two bedroom villas available to those who require larger living spaces.

Of course, the Grand Baja Resort Hotel provides its guests with things such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, satellite cable television, telephone, alarm clock and clothes iron. All the suites and units also have at least one balcony and bathroom. Two-story units usually have two or three bathrooms and several balconies. Every suite and condominium unit in the Grand Baja is also equipped with a kitchen or kitchenette for the convenience of the hotel guests. There are also Grand Baja condominium units that are so comfortable and luxurious, they even have a loft area, living room, a private garden and a patio.
