There are three restaurants, which serve exquisite food, from the freshest ingredients of Loreto. There is a fitness center for those who would want to work up a sweat.

Aside from these, activities are also offered to guests. They can opt to go kayaking on the secluded beach, go swimming, snorkeling, or Scuba diving. Fishing is one of the most popular activities in the island, and there are guided tours to assist tourists in their own fishing expeditions. Guests can also go out to the sea for a session of whale watching.

Adjacent to the resort is the Loreto Golf Club, which is an 18-hole par 72 golf course which is currently undergoing renovations to better improve the golfing experience of the members. The Inn can also be found beside the Loreto Bay Racquet Club, which features eight, beautifully landscaped courts.
