Sukasa Bungalows

If you are looking to spend your vacation in Loreto at a place that doesn't have the standard “hotel feel”, then the Sukasa Bungalows is your best bet. As the name says, it's a bungalow, which is immediately a refreshing departure from your typical hotel.

The oceanfront property is beautifully landscaped with palm trees, cactus gardens and shaded palapa style patios. The beauty is simple and natural, unlike the manicured lawns and landscapes at hotels. Here at Sukasa Bungalows, you'll feel right at home while you're having your vacation.

The Sukasa Bungalow is located within walking distance of the Loreto plaza, and church, where restaurants, shops and museums can be found. It is also a short distance from the beach, so guests can lounge at the beautiful beaches of Loreto without traveling too far. In fact, the nearest beach is located three blocks away from the bungalow.

The Sukasa Bungalow has a variety of accommodations from which to choose from. They can choose from two bungalows which are fully-equipped with the best amenities to make your vacation as relaxing as it can be. The bungalow consists of a large bedroom, a living area, bathroom, dining and kitchen area. It's just like a mini-rest house, and even has a patio for the guests to hang out in. The bed room has a king-sized bed, the living room has an “L”-shaped sofa, which can also be converted into a bed. The bungalows can house two to four people.

Aside from the bungalows, the resort also offers a casita. It has the amenities that are available in the bungalow, except that the kitchen is better equipped with a full stove or oven. The casita can also accommodate 2-4 people.

The “Yurt” is modernized Mongolian tent, which is made up of waterproof canvas and held up by cables and lumber. It has a bedroom, a small refrigerator, and a private bathroom. The yurt is air conditioned and is very bit as comfortable as the two other kinds of accommodations offered at Sukasa Bungalows.

If you are looking for a larger place to stay, then Sukasa Bungalows also offer up the main house for rental. It is a 2,100 square foot two-storey home with one bedroom and two bathrooms. It is located at the back of the property and has a magnificent view of the Sea of Cortez. It is fully-equipped with amenities and is completely air-conditioned. A 7 day minimum stay is required, so this is best for those who are really looking for a long vacation in Loreto.

Rates for the bungalows are 75 USD per day, 85 USD per day for the casitas, and 55 USD per day for the yurts. The main house rates start at 1,050 USD per week, including taxes.
