Hotel Posada Inn

As it happens, the city-municipality of Mexicali is one of the most culturally-diverse cities in the world – in fact, it is quite possibly THE most culturally-diverse city in Mexico. It is this lively collision of social colors which define Mexicali as a city, and what attracts many people from all over the globe to its modern melting pot of a core. Furthermore, Mexicali is growing as an entrepreneurial and industrial metropolis, drawing in even more individuals (this time, for business opportunities). This being said, it is therefore not surprising that several hotels have sprung up in Mexicali, catering to both the tourists who come for the experience, and the businessmen who come for professional reasons. One of these hotels is the Hotel Posada Inn.

Located in 939 Adolfo Lopez Mateos Boulevard (in Torneros Alley, where the street turners were traditionally found) Mexicali Baja California Mexico, the Hotel Posada Inn sits in the city-municipality's Industrial Zone, where most most of the manufacturing businesses congregate. It is therefore safe to say that the Hotel Posada Inn is a bit more popular as a place of lodging for businessmen rather than vacationing families or tourists. Nevertheless, the hotel is ideally situated in that the Adolfo Lopez Mateos Boulevard happens to be one of Mexicali's major avenues, allowing guests of the Hotel Posada Inn relatively easy access to the other attractions that the vibrant Mexican territory has to offer.

Some of the areas that the Hotel Posada Inn is particularly close to include the Centro Cultural (Cultural Center in English) and Centro Historical (Historical Center in English). These areas play home to structures like the City Church, the Teatro del Stado (the State Theater) and the Centro Interactive Sol del Niňo (Sol del Niňo/Son of the Sun Interactive Center). The Hotel Posada Inn is also within a very comfortable distance of other places of amusement, such as a mall, a bowling alley, a museum, and a library. But perhaps the best part about the location of the Hotel Posada Inn is the fact that the avenue it stands on leads strait to Calafia Plaza, where Mexicali's famous bullfighting arena stands surrounded by restaurants and shops. Another perk of the property on which the hotel was built is that it is reasonably close to a hospital, a fire station and a police station; these cornerstones of a working city do a great deal in helping many feel a sense of security.

The Hotel Posada Inn is a three-star hotel with at least forty rooms (at the last count) available for lodgings, spread out over two floors. The rooms themselves are quite spacious, with airconditioning, comfortable beds, a bathroom each with shower facilities (and huge mirrors!), color televisions, and work desks complete with lamps. The Hotel Posada Inn also has a comfortable lounge area in their lobby, a generous parking area and wide open corridors that allow guests to experience the wide expanse of the Mexicali sky.

The rates of room reservations in the Hotel Posada Inn tend to fluctuate; it is advisable that a travel agent be consulted with regards to expenses.
