The Studio House of Annie's Place has plenty of wonderful features that guests become attracted to. The most prominent feature would perhaps be its two open walls in the living room and dining room area. From the outside, the Studio House resembles a very large and comfortable straw and wood cottage, but when the white curtains hanging on the two open walls are drawn together, the interior of the house feels like a light, airy tent.

The bathroom of Annie's Place Studio House is also a nice place to soak in since it has an open skylight which allows you to bath under the sun or the stars. The Studio House, with its two air-conditioned bedrooms, one furnished with a queen size bed and the other with twin beds, can comfortable accommodate four guests.

Another beautiful vacation rental available in Annie's Place Todos Santos is called the Big House. This spacious lodging accommodation has large thatched ceilings with bright blue wooden beams running through them and soft colored walls. The full kitchen, dining area, living room, patio and the two bedrooms are decked with large colorful rugs and interesting paintings. It also has a large king size bed surrounded by a canopy of flowing gauzy fabric and two twin beds. There is also a cozy fireplace and several patios that offer breathtaking views at the Big House.

It is a three storey structure that greatly resembles a tree house because of the height and openness of the rooms, however, it also has the comfort and luxury of a very nice hotel. Of all the Annie's Place rentals, the Tree House offers the best views of the beach and the surrounding mountain ranges. The windows, patios and terraces are also surrounded by bunches of blooming bougainvillea plants that lend their color and fragrance to each room in the Tree House.
